As part of regular membership, you will have access to club coaching sessions with some of our top 1st team players as certified coaches for no extra charge. Coaching is essential for individual player improvement and overall club development. Even though the sessions are free of charge, sign up is required as there are only 12 spaces for each session per week. These are allocated on a first come basis.

TEAM COACHING (invite only)

Team training is split into A and B training, with the top half of each men’s and women’s team attending A sessions. Group A trains 4x per week and group B trains 2x per week. Training session times are as follows:

Mon 7:20am-9:00am – Group A

Tue 7:20am-9:20am – Group B (split into 2x 1hr sessions)

Wed 7:20am-9:00am – Group A

Thr 5:20pm-7:20pm – Group A

Fri 7:20am-9:20am – Group A and B (split into 2x 1 hr sessions)
