As part of your membership, you’ll have access to free weekly coaching sessions, led by some of our top team players who hold coaching certificates. Whether you’re completely new to squash or looking to sharpen your technique, these sessions are a great way to improve your game in a friendly, supportive environment.

Sessions are grouped by ability:

  • Beginner – new to squash or still learning the basics
  • Improver – can rally and serve but still building confidence and consistency
  • Intermediate – comfortable with match play and ready to develop tactics and precision

Each session runs for 40 minutes and includes a mix of drills, movement work, and gameplay. You’ll be in a small group with others at a similar level.

Sign-up is required as places are limited to 12 players per session

🕒 Session Times

All coached sessions take place at the squash courts at Pleasance Sports Complex & Gym.

Saturday
• 2:30pm–3:10pm — Beginners
• 3:10pm–3:50pm — Improvers
• 3:50pm–4:30pm — Intermediates

Sunday
• 4:00pm–4:40pm — Beginners
• 4:40pm–5:20pm — Improvers
• 5:20pm–6:00pm — Intermediates

📝 How to Sign Up

Sign-up links are posted weekly in the WhatsApp group. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so keep an eye out and sign up early to secure your spot!

👟 What to Bring

Please wear clean indoor court shoes and bring a water bottle if you have one. Rackets are provided, so no need to bring your own!
